My method... in 90 seconds
The essence of my working method is that we start from your reality. You have your daily life, your situation and responsibilities, and also certain preferences when it comes to nutrition and exercise. And of course, your own physique and actual condition.
As a mental coach, exercise specialist and nutrition consultant with a deep understanding of orthomolecular medicine, I offer a tailor-made personal program in which all dimensions are integrated: 3D. With sustainable results because it suits you exactly, because it is practical and effective, and of course: because you enjoy it!
What is orthomolecular?
With my method we work on all health dimensions – body, mind and nutrition – simultaneously, in a personal and positive way. Throughout our sessions you will build up a lot of knowledge and understanding. This will help you make well-founded choices that work for you in the long term. Personal guidance sessions will become steadily less necessary: you book concrete progress and develop the tools and insights you need to achieve and maintain sustainable changes. You can change habits and enjoy it! You will own your success like a boss.

For example, in the first phase you may have multiple sessions, while in the last phase once per week is enough. After four months, your health has improved sustainably, and you have addressed personal hurdles or worries that challenge you. You will have adjusted your lifestyle. Plus, you have gained the skills, knowledge and habits to keep it that way. You will no longer need regular direct guidance. As a personal coach, I will of course stay there for you for counsel, refresher moments or guided training.

The coaching takes place in my studio in Pretoria, Waterkloof Ridge (secured estate). Beside the coaching area, it has a fully equipped exercise space with professional equipment for fitness, functional movement and cardio. Next door is a beautiful and secured nature valley for outdoor sessions.
